Our personalisation engine runs across cloud infrastructure that processes millions of individual health assessments, nutrition plans, and tracking data points. That takes energy, and at our scale, it is the dominant part of our environmental footprint. Getting this right is the most important thing we can do on the environmental side.
- More than 72% of our cloud workloads already run on renewable-powered infrastructure, migrated progressively over the past three years
- The remaining workloads are on a structured migration programme. Full transition to renewable infrastructure targeted by end of 2027
- We work with cloud providers who publish their own verified renewable energy certificates, not providers who purchase offsets to claim green status
