Nutrameg internships are structured around a specific deliverable or project area, not a shadow programme. By the end of your internship, there will be something you built, wrote, analysed, or shipped that exists in the company. We treat your time as too valuable, and too expensive to waste on tasks that will not be used.
Every intern receives a written end-of-internship review covering what you did well, what you struggled with, and what we would say about you to a future employer. We do not give generic positive reviews to everyone. We give honest, specific ones, because we think that is actually useful to you, and because we would want the same.
At Nutrameg, interns report to the person leading the work they are contributing to, not to a separate internship programme team. That means you get real feedback from someone who understands the domain, real exposure to how decisions are made, and a real view of what the job actually involves if you were to stay.
