Values mean nothing unless they actually change how a company behaves. This page is our attempt to be honest about what we believe, what we will not compromise on, and why we built Nutrameg the way we did.
OUR MISSION
We create patented nutrition technology that helps people manage weight and improve their health through plans and programmes shaped around their real needs, not generic advice. Wherever they live. Whatever their budget.

Every plan we build is grounded in evidence we can stand behind. Our methods are shaped by our own data, tested through our research programme, and, where appropriate, published for independent review. We avoid vague health claims, we do not launch products we cannot substantiate, and as the evidence develops, our programmes develop with it.
For most of history, genuinely personalised nutrition has been out of reach, limited to those who could afford a private dietitian. We built Nutrameg to change that. Our consumer programmes are priced to be accessible, while our public health partnerships help bring personalised nutrition to people who cannot pay at all.
We hold EU medical institution status by choice, because the standards behind it make our programmes stronger. We have walked away from faster growth when it meant lowering the quality bar. We would rather reach fewer people with something genuinely excellent than reach more people with something merely adequate.
We have never launched a programme we were not fully confident in. Every decision comes back to one question: will this genuinely help the person using it? If the answer is uncertain, we wait. The nutrition industry is full of products built around short-term promises that fail to deliver over time. We are building something designed to hold up for years, for clients, for partners, and for the institution we are becoming.
Nutrameg was built in direct response to everything we saw in the industry and never wanted to repeat. These are the practices we refuse to adopt, no matter how commercially convenient or profitable they may be.
The same 1,200-calorie meal plan sent to everyone who selects 'weight loss.' That is not personalised nutrition. It is guessing with extra steps, and we built Nutrameg to do the opposite.
Launching before the evidence is ready, simply because the market is moving. We have deliberately missed market windows to protect the quality and safety of our programmes. We have never regretted it.
Hiding formulation details behind legal language leaves people unsure of what they are consuming and why. Every ingredient in a Nutrameg programme is disclosed, explained, and justified.
Too many nutrition plans are created by people with audiences rather than qualifications. Every Nutrameg programme is developed and reviewed by certified nutrition professionals, not content creators.
