Confidential by default
All reports are treated as confidential. Your identity is not shared with anyone within Nutrameg unless you explicitly consent to it being disclosed.

As we are operating across 100+ markets, the standards we hold ourselves to, professionally, legally, and ethically are not negotiable. This page explains how we enforce them.
Nutrameg's Code of Conduct applies to every person who works here: co-founders, certified professionals, engineers, and operational staff alike. It is not a document that lives in an intranet folder. It is the standard against which behaviour is measured and, where necessary, enforced.
Every diet plan, methodology, and food product we develop is backed by data we have gathered, validated, and published. We do not make claims we cannot support, and when the evidence evolves, our products evolve with it.
Hardships exist to be overcome, not escaped. We do not enter relationships with colleagues, clients, or partners, expecting to walk away the moment things get difficult. Commitment is the baseline.
We are not afraid of mistakes, and we do not hold them against people. Trial and error is a healthy, necessary part of how people and ideas develop. What matters is what you do after a mistake, not that you made one.
Questions are asked directly. Answers are concrete. We do not soften things to the point of losing meaning, and we do not leave room for misinterpretation. Honesty is not optional or situational.
We operate as a competitive sports team, technically and humanely. There is no divide between departments, seniority levels, or social groups. Everyone is held to the same standard and treated with the same respect.
We do not tolerate gossip, rumour-spreading, or political manoeuvring of any kind. If this happens, the relationship ends the same day. This is not a guideline, it is enforced without exception.
Working at Nutrameg means full commitment. We do not allow involvement in other companies or projects, in any form, while working here.
Full confidentiality applies to everything and anything happening within Nutrameg, without exception, regardless of role or seniority.
The data clients share with Nutrameg is some of the most sensitive information a person can disclose: their health conditions, their weight history, their dietary patterns, their goals. We handle it to the standards expected of a medical institution, not a consumer app.
Nutrameg tools and hacks are continuous professional development. Professionals must keep their knowledge current to practise under our methodological umbrella.
Every Nutrameg plan must follow our patented methodology. Professionals may use clinical judgment, but deviations require documented justification and peer review.
Nutrameg's Code of Conduct reaches all professionals. Recontracting on unsuitable perspective breaches both the Code and professional obligations, and may result in disciplinary action.
WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
Nutrameg operates a confidential whistleblower channel for anyone, employee, contractor, partner, or client, who believes that conduct within the organisation falls below the standards set out on this page or in our Code of Conduct.
Reports are received by an independent third party. They are not routed through internal management. The identity of the person reporting is protected unless they choose to disclose it. Retaliation against a person who has made a good-faith report is a terminable offence.
All reports are treated as confidential. Your identity is not shared with anyone within Nutrameg unless you explicitly consent to it being disclosed.
Reports are received by an independent third party, not by internal management. This applies regardless of who the report concerns, including senior leadership and co-founders.
Any form of retaliation, demotion, dismissal, harassment, or exclusion against someone who has made a good-faith report is a terminable offence and may constitute a legal violation in applicable jurisdictions.
No report is dismissed without investigation. All good-faith reports receive a response within a reasonable number of working days, and a substantive outcome within 90 days where legally possible.
Our policy is designed to comply with EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, available in all markets where Nutrameg operates.
