What will you do
Develop and Execute Strategies: Craft and execute social media strategies to amplify Nutrameg’s presence across Meta, Instagram,aligning with our mission to support and inspire people on their health journeys
Content Creation & Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and healthcare experts to produce meaningful content, from posts and stories to engaging short-form videos, that resonates with our diverse audience
Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics to deliver insights and recommendations, refining strategies to boost performance and accelerate growth
Paid Campaign Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the performance marketing team to plan and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with organic efforts
Trend & Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually elevate Nutrameg’s engagement and reach
Applicant requirements
Experience & Expertise experience in social media management, ideally within health or wellness sectors
Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success growing brand presence across Meta, Instagram and TikTok
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Skilled at creating comprehensive social strategies aligned with brand goals, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for ongoing improvement
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, impactful content that embodies our brand message
Organizational Savvy: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent Communication: Exceptional English writing and editing skills
Basic Design Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Canva and Capcut for creating visually appealing content
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications, starting from 1400 EUR - 1800 EUR GROSS
