Senior Full-Stack Developer

What will you do
Develop, and deploy comprehensive software solutions and features using NestJS for the backend and React/React Native for web and mobile frontends.
System Design & Architecture: Take part in architectural planning for brand-new systems or features from the ground up, while also optimizing and maintaining existing software infrastructure.
AI Adoption: Spearhead the integration of AI tools and methodologies into the company's internal processes to boost operational efficiency and innovation.
Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, scalable, and secure code. Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure the long-term health of our applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Applicant requirements
7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 5+ years of focused experience creating and scaling full-stack applications.
Core Stack: Hands-on expertise with Node.js (NestJS) and React.
Database Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL (database design, complex querying, and performance optimization).
System Design: Proven track record of independently designing and architecting software systems or features.
Strong Bonus: Solid working knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework (especially for interacting with or migrating legacy systems).
Strong Bonus: Hands-on DevOps knowledge (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, containerization with Docker).
Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini) to accelerate development and enhance code quality is highly welcomed.
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 4000 EUR - 6000 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with other bonuses)
