What will you do
Edit short-form motion ads that trigger emotion and drive conversions
Create and optimize video ads with proven hook-retention-CTA structures that maximize watch time and conversion rates
Work closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Marketers
Combine storytelling, performance insights, and generative AI tools
Create ads that reach audiences across the US and Europe
Applicant requirements
Strong editing fundamentals (DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro)
Experience with short-form social video (Meta Ads experience is a plus)
Attention to detail, timing, and emotional storytelling
Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements (duration, aspect ratios, compression)
Ability to work & make decisions independently, while maintaining transparent and open communication
Experience with generative AI tools is highly relevant — but an openness to learn is just as valuable
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 2200 EUR - 3000 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with performance & other bonuses)
