Payments Administrator
We’re looking for a Payment Administrator to keep our payment systems running smoothly and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless checkout experience. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership from day one - you’ll fit right in.
As part of our payments team, you’ll monitor transaction performance, update payment routes, and work directly with banks and providers to resolve issues quickly. You’ll help us understand why payments fail, apply the right fixes, and support ongoing improvements to boost reliability and performance.
You won’t be doing routine work - you’ll be at the center of our payment operations, tackling challenges, driving improvements, and working closely with a team that values responsibility, precision, and continuous progress.
What will you do
Monitor daily payment performance and quickly identify issues or unusual patterns;
Update and maintain payment routing settings to ensure smooth transaction flow;
Communicate with banks and payment providers to resolve processing problems;
Support new payment setup changes and help test them before release;
Investigate failed transactions and provide clear recommendations to improve success rates;
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall payment reliability and user experience.
Applicant requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice patterns or inconsistencies;
Good communication skills for working with banks, partners, and internal teams;
Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal tools to review data;
Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently;
Problem-solving mindset with curiosity to understand how things work;
Willingness to learn payment systems, processes, and tools quickly;
Ability to stay calm and focused when handling time-sensitive issues.
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 1800 EUR - 2000 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with performance & other bonuses)
