Online Support Agent
Are you a problem-solver who loves helping others? Nutrameg is looking for a dedicated Support Agent to join our dynamic Retention team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring they have the best experience with our products. What will you do
Engage with users via email, chat, and social media.
Deliver an exceptional user experience.
Precisely follow company guidelines and procedures.
Applicant requirements
Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, mainly afternoons and evenings, including weekends.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: High communication and problem-solving abilities; a fast learner and a strong team player.
Salary
Depending on your experience, qualifications and performance 950 EUR – 2000 EUR GROSS
