Junior Recruiter

At Nutrameg, we hire for impact, and you’ll be involved in every step of the process - from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to ensuring a smooth hiring journey - all while being supported by a team that values initiative, hands-on learning, and making meaningful contributions from day one.
What will you do
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements
Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process
Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find, reach out to, and engage with qualified candidates
Applicant requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support will be considered an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 1000 EUR - 1300 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with other bonuses)
