Email Specialist

We’re looking for an Email Specialist who is passionate about lifecycle marketing, understands human behavior, and knows how to create email campaigns that convert, retain, and delight customers. What will you do
Own the end-to-end creation, setup, and execution of email campaigns across multiple Nutrameg brands;
Develop automated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.) optimized for global audiences;
Build smart segmentation strategies tailored to 35+ markets, ensuring relevance and personalization;
Perform A/B tests on subject lines, copy, layouts, timing, and segmentation to drive continuous improvement;
Track performance metrics and prepare actionable reports based on data insights.
Applicant requirements
1–3+ years of experience in email marketing;
Skilled in Klaviyo;
Strong grasp of segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth opportunities;
Excellent attention to detail;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment;
Bonus: experience working with multi-language brand setups;
Bonus: fluent in any of the following languages: German, French or Spanish.
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 3000 EUR - 4500 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with performance & other bonuses)
