Accountant
We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven Accountant to strengthen the financial backbone of our fast-growing team. If you’re analytical, proactive, and excited to take ownership from day one, you’ll fit right in.

As part of our finance function, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity across our financial operations - supporting smart decisions that fuel sustainable growth.
You’ll manage accounting processes, improve systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the business running smoothly. You’ll join a collaborative, high-standards team that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What will you do
Calculate and prepare monthly salaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage and support the accounts payable flow, including invoice tracking and payments
Assist in the implementation of new accounting and finance systems
Prepare and summarize VAT-related information for review by the Chief Accountant
Communicate with local tax authorities regarding routine accounting and compliance matters
Participate in month-end closing procedures alongside the finance team
Applicant requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and local tax regulations
Strong working skills in Excel for accounting and data analysis; experience with Horizon accounting software is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlines
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Latvian
Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 1900 EUR - 2200 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with other bonuses)
